Hollywood Week 3 Weight With Diet

If you are looking for an easy way to lose weight 3 kilos per week you can give the Hollywood diet. The name is also a nutritional diet program popular among Hollywood celebrities as the name suggests. First day:

Lunch:

3 days

1 egg omelet

boiled cauliflower
1 cup of coffee

Dinner:
120 grams of boiled fish
1 cucumber, 1 cup of tea

Fourth day
Lunch
1 grapefruit
celery and cabbage salad
1 cup tea or water
Dinner
1 egg
120 grams of precipitate
pepper
100 grams of grated carrots
5 days
Lunch
2 hard boiled eggs without yellow
100 grams of boiled parsley
1 cup tea or coffee
Dinner
200 grams of boiled chicken
salad
Day 6
Lunch
200 grams of fruit salad (apples, oranges, grapefruit and nuts)

Dinner
150-200 grams of boiled fish
60 gramsof mushrooms
1 cup tea or coffee
7 days
Lunch
100 grams of precipitate

Dinner
200 grams of fruit salad (apples, oranges, grapefruit and nuts)

1 cup milk or yogurt
