South Beach Diet

Vegetables or meal in South Beach diet can change as you like starting from the list we provide below. Breakfast in the rugged enough for lunch If you prefer tuna or feta cheese salad. Other days you can eat chicken or steak salad.





South Beach Diet Program:

Breakfast
* 1 cup tomato juice
* 1 egg
* 2 slices of salami
* Decaffeinated coffee or tea (you can add sweetener or skim milk)
Snack
* 1 slice Low-fat cheese
Lunch
* Tuna salad (with olive oil and lemon sauce)
Dinner
* Grilled chicken breast
* Eggplant-pepper grilled
* Seasonal Salad

* Cocoa sweet ricotta

* 1 cup vegetable broth
* Asparagus and mushrooms prepared omelette

* Dill shrimp salad (with olive oil and lemon sauce)
* Sweetened jelly

* 2 turkey roll
Dinner
* Grilled beef fillet

* 4 onion rings
* Diet mayonnaise
* Pepper
