Fruit Diet Weight With 10 Day 5

If you are one who likes to eat fruit, you can give 10 days 5 kg with a fruit diet. Never apply this diet without consulting your doctor.

Breakfast:
A glass of orange juice

Snack

4 tablespoons of boiled rice, 2 fruits, such as pineapple, kiwi.




Lunch:
Green vegetable salad.
The side dish of boiled cabbage (preferably broccoli or cauliflower)
200 g boiled chicken / fish / meat (lean)
2 fruit
afternoon
2 fruit.
grain bread
Yoghurt.



Dinner:

Fruit salad: pineapple, orange, kiwi, consisting of apples
Lean boiled vegetables, preferably eggplant or zucchini.

10th day only to drink juice.
