The tuna diet

You can give an average weight loss of 3 kilos on this diet without tightening. Never eat anything outside of those proposed for 3 days. Water, salt, pepper release, other spices prohibited. Vegetables raw, boiled or fried eat. This applies only diet for 3 days and then repeat for at least 1 month.

Daily Calories: 1300 Kcal

The daily menu for this diet:

Day 1 Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee or tea, half a grapefruit or half a cup of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, 1 slice toast, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. Lunch: half a cup of tuna, 1 slice toast, 1 cup of coffee or tea Dinner: 2 thin slices (84 grams) any meat, 1 cup peas (250 g), 1 cup carrots or beets, 1 small apple 1 ice cube

Day 2 Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee or tea, 1 egg, 1 slice of toast, half a banana Lunch: 1 cup cottage cheese or ½ cup of tuna, 5 biscuits Dinner: Half a bowl of tuna, 1 cup broccoli or cabbage, 1 cup carrots or turnips, half a banana, half an ice cube


Day 3: Morning: 1 cup of coffee or tea, 5 biscuits, 1 matchbox-sized cheese (28 grams), 1 small apple Lunch: 1 egg, 1 slice toast, 1 cup of coffee or tea Dinner: 1 bowl tons fish, 1 cup carrots or beets, 1 cup green leafy vegetables, half a bowl of ice cream
